Does LJ have a code like this?

And by this I mean something like user name=brad site=livejournal.com which would give a username/link from LJ to DW/IJ/whatever with appropriate userhead? I could swear I've seen the DW community circle thingy somewhere around here but IDK what coding the poster used or where I saw it.

Some people on my flist know how to code layouts, right? I'd like to tweak a layout a bit and as I couldn't code my way out of a paperback, help would be appreciated.
